How the service works

• An account is its access key. Anyone holding the key can use the account. A lost key cannot be recovered.
• Prices are shown before you pay. A balance payment is taken when you confirm the order.
• If a paid order cannot be set up, the full amount is added to your balance automatically.
• A crypto payment that arrives short of the amount due is added to your balance once its payment window closes.
• Proxies expire at the end of their term unless renewed. Residential bandwidth does not expire.
• Deleting an account forfeits its balance: with no identity on file there is nowhere to return it to.
• Accounts may be suspended for abuse. Suspension ends all access, including existing sessions.
